Season off to a successful start

 In contrast to last year, the Werkself got off to a good start in its first match. In the first round of the cup in Hamburg, the Werkself didn't show any weakness against fourth-division team Teutonia Ottensen and won 8:0. In the first half, however, the game was anything but a walk in the park for Bayer. But in the cup, the rule is that only advancement counts, so your logo will be in the pot for the next draw.

After the transfer period and the preparatory games, everyone is looking forward to the start of the season next Saturday, when RB Leipzig will be visiting the BayArena. I think we're all well-prepared, even though RB won the Supercup 3-0 in Bayern on Saturday night. We have to look from game to game to qualify for the Champions League and go far in the cup competitions. Let's get on with it.
