It remains the same: Augsburg has never won a game against Leverkusen. The Werkself scored four away goals. In addition, there were two goals that had been disallowed and two batten goals on our credit side.

The victory was a must if we want to play internationally next year. We can't rely on the race for Europe developing into a snail race, as it has in recent years. The next tasks will certainly be more difficult. But Frankfurt will certainly concentrate on the current Euro League semi-final against Chelsea, which can only be advantageous for us. In order to be part of it, we have to win a threesome against trh team from Hessen.

Kevin Volland was the player of the match for me, but actually you shouldn't emphasize anybody after such a match. Conserve performance and next week Sunday continue to attack, then still something goes, what was in the meantime already considered as lost.

It was possible without eggs

Against Nuremberg, the Werkself did not let any eggs be laid in the net and won the game 2-0. But maybe the team would have done a few eggs of their own good to finally show a good home game again. It was more than a tough game at times.

At halftime, I wanted to title the blog from a team that moved out before the start of the season in order to get into the Champions League and in the end did not make it into the Europa League. But at least that's still not the case today.

The next game is always the hardest for us. Compared to Stuttgart and Nuremberg, a clear increase in performance is needed to survive in Augsburg.  Yes, I know, our boys have never lost in Augsburg, we are their fear opponents. But sometimes coach changes write their own series. Whoever wins in Frankfurt and beats Stuttgart 6:0 at home is in a good mood.

One thing is clear, in our situation we need a threesome, a draw would probably be too little, even though the last few years have shown time and again that the race to Europe can also develop into a snail race.

We don't need eggs

Shortly before the Easter holidays I can only send a message to all our upcoming opponents not to lay eggs in our nests. There are still 15 points to be distributed and we feel we need at least 13 to play internationally next year.

　

In the meantime, I would also accept to enter the international scene at the end of July as table seventh and get to know grounds, of which I probably don't even know yet that they exist. For my Groundhopping country ranking it's always a win.　

Nuremberg, the supposedly easy opponent, is waiting for us on Saturday. What do they have to lose now? They won't appear tense. The game will therefore be decided with the mentality, with the will to leave the three points in the BayArena. 　

If our strikers are to earn then times again the attribute Top, then they must net. I can't stress it often enough. Our goal ratio is besides in comparison to the competition rather a deficiency. It still goes what, but it must be there so much fire that the Easter fire burns powerful and the opponent puts no eggs into our nest.

6-2-6 is the current statistic of our coach Peter Bosz. No, even after the home defeat against Leipzig, there is no discussion about the coach for me. Otherwise I am speechless and the C remains deleted. But for the E we have to make more than an effort, but that's still possible.
